Purposes and legal bases

Website visits: hosting and security (Cloudflare), based on legitimate interests / technical measures.

Rental enquiries on WhatsApp: responding to your request, as pre-contractual measures at your request.

Phone calls: customer service, based on legitimate interests / the business relationship.

Usage analytics

We use Umami, hosted on Railway, to measure visits, traffic sources and use of forecast tables, cameras and the rental form. Events include changing the forecast day, opening a camera and clicking WhatsApp. Visible player time does not confirm video playback. Our custom events do not include messages, rental dates, names or phone numbers.

Recipients

Cloudflare (website hosting) and Railway (Umami hosting). WhatsApp / Meta when you send a message: their terms apply and international transfers may occur. We do not sell contact lists.

Retention

For as long as needed to answer the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Contact the shop by phone or in person. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Minors

Rentals for minors are confirmed in the shop. The website does not offer user accounts.
