You pick up your board in Gros, right by the beach, so there’s no carrying it across town.
How to find the shop
Look for the Kursaal building, next to the mouth of the Urumea river, at the start of the Zurriola promenade. The shop is at Zurriola Hiribidea 1.
Coming from the centre or the Old Town, cross the river on the Zurriola bridge: the Kursaal is on the other side.
Book before you come
Message us on WhatsApp with the day and duration and we’ll confirm your board. Then just come to the shop with your ID.

How do I book?
On WhatsApp or by phone: tell us the day, how long and whether you need a wetsuit, and we confirm your board. You pay at the shop when you pick it up.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your passport, national identity card or another identity document to leave as security during the rental.
Can I leave my backpack?
Yes. You can leave your backpack and belongings in a safe place in the shop while you go to the beach.
